Those who are truly concerned for their souls pray that God will bring them to true repentance and faith, that he will graciously work these things in their heart. They pray that he will give them faith for Christ's sake and increase it in them and that he will work in them by the exceeding greatness of his power both to will and to do according to his good pleasure.
